I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at MathWorks (Hyderābād) in Oct 2017
Interview
This is about a campus recruitment program in a hyderabad(india) university. First we had a screening test with questions from various topics like networking, c , c++, os. Then I was shortlisted for technical interview the next day.
It was supposed to start at 9 am but the Hr guys came at 10:30 and started interviewing every candidate for 2 hrs each. there were only 2 panels and my turn came up at 6:pm !!.
The interviewer dint ask "tell me abt yourself" (my first time i wasnt asked that in an interview.). The interview was pretty flat as the questions had straight forward answers. there were only 3 interviewers and each of them prepared 2 topics each. so they took turns asking me questions ( the same questions my friends were asked). Even they wernt sure of the correct answers. Overall they had less skills than many of the candidates.
It was a bad experience and even though i was selected i dint take on the offer as I felt I would not have chance to develop my career in such a place.
