There were three initial screening calls. Then in-house discussions along with a presentation. Presentation was for an hour sandwiched between multiple rounds of discussions on either side. Two discussions before the presentation and four after. Each discussion was for about an hour one on one. The experience was quite good. All the panel members were cordial, friendly and quite professional. The whole process was quite smooth and I was impressed with the professionalism they displayed. Discussions included solving problems, questions on algorithms, data structures, SDLC, behavioural, processes. Idea was to know the depth of the candidate in each of the topics and suitability. It was an enjoyable as well as learning experience.
