This was the first round of the selection process for the job. It was an online interview with preset fixed no. of questions and a video response requested. It was a good experience with pretty standard questions and a nice setup for the website. So, one has to sign in with their name, email and a company provided password at the start of the interview. In the next screen, one gets the option to either go to a practice mode or start right in. The videos are not recorded in the practice mode so one can use that to get into the right mode to answer the questions in the best possible way. In the actual interview mode, the question is written and one gets a prep time of 60 secs to record a 3-minute answer real time using the webcam and micro-phone. But not to worry in case your delivery isn't perfect the first time round. You have got unlimited trials and you can submit whenever you finalize the recording. Then one moves on to the next question. There were 4 pretty standard questions and because of the unlimited trials format, I think adequate opportunity was given to formulate the best possible answer for that. Also, because of this format, a student giving the interview first would have no disadvantage than his friends who might learn from his experience and prepare accordingly.
