Was contacted by e-mail after applying online. Did a fairly lengthy phone screen (1h30 maybe) with questions on operating systems, C++ and control systems. Then I was allowed to ask some questions of my own. I then waited for an answer on whether the process would continue or not, but the person I was in contact with never got back to me and did not reply to e-mails. I took that as a very rude way of saying "no". The phone screen itself asked some uninteresting trivia, nothing too different from the other answers here. The catch is, the interviewer himself got some questions (2 or 3) plainly wrong. I did not call him on it because I did not want to come off as argumentative, but it was a bit embarrassing.
