Phone call to know skills, two coding rounds, one HR call and one on-site. The manager wanted to know if I had specific skills required for the position. He arranged for the first coding round on the phone itself. Engineer who took my first coding round was very supportive and I made it through to the second, where I failed.
It was based on C++, RTOS, Embedded Systems. Computer Architecture. Design pattern. Design pattern, Problem Solving, Threading. Dead Lock. Mutex vs Semaphore. Idle Thread. Priority Inversion, Priority Inheritance. Producer Consumer
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MathWorks (New York, NY)
Interview
3 telephonic interviews, onsite interview having presentation and 3 one to one technical interview.
Followed by Reference check, make sure to give references of people who knows you well as it is most important part.
Management People were very supportive.

Question for coding round was little tougher to solve with time being a constraint.
Only c/c++/Java language were given as option.
Aptitude was basic and one could solve it easily
Along with this, some domain related sectional questions were also there
