Disappointing, disorganized, and unprofessional interview process. I had an initial interview with a recruiter over a month ago for the statistical analyst position. After the call, the recruiter mentioned that they will provide an update after two weeks, regardless if I move forward or not. Needless to say, it has been almost 6 weeks and I have neither received an update nor a follow-up.
I think if we are really not what they are looking for, they should not waste our initial time interviewing. It is incredibly frustrating that any applicant has to tolerate being disrespected, especially in a job market like this. The salary for this role and similar roles is also extremely low and not worth it for the level of work they expect. I would not recommend interviewing for this company.
