I applied this position through on-line. After one week, I got a phone call to schedule the interview with a person in HR. First question was why you apply this position? She also ask about my background (e.g., where you went to school, what areas of research you have experience in, etc.), my interests (e.g., which of the areas of research at Mathematica). After this interview, I got a chance to get another interview with hiring manger. During this interview, almost same questions are asked. After one week, I got a e-mail about the face to face interview and asked me to present a seminar on the day of your interviews. There are three candidates for this position. Unfortunately, they didn't select me. They explained that they wanted a person who familiar with various fields (policy, education, health etc) not only based on statistics knowledge.
