I applied in early February, received an invitation for a phone interview in early March. This was a role they seemed to be recruiting out of Masters programs, so they were surprisingly timely compared to some stories I have heard before on Glassdoor. The phone interview was great - easy questions and interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. I then was moved to the in-person interview stage. This was an all-day experience 9am - 3pm. I met with several people, all of whom seemed interested in what my personal research interests were and if I understood the objective nature of their research. Come prepared with a lot of questions, they all want to know if you have any questions about their work or the organization. My experience was positive of the entire interview process. However, after this it took them several months to get back to me, and I had to accept another offer because they were taking too long to make final decisions.
