Mathematica Policy Research was professional, efficient, and organized from the first outreach to the end of the process. The format of the interview was very convenient, and they maximized interview potential. There was a phone interview initially, that was handled very professionally. I was given a synopsis of the company, and a description of the job duties. A week later, I was scheduled for an interview in the Princeton office. I was able to meet with 5 staff members from different departments, one at a time. It was nice to have a couple of separate one-on-one interviews, all in one day, rather than have to interview in front of a panel. The questions were challenging, but I did not feel flustered by the content. The staff members were very friendly throughout the entire process, and I highly recommend that applicants reach out and submit their resumes to Mathematica.
