I applied for a senior researcher position online and was later invited for a first round interview that took place during a conference. The interview took place in a suite with three current employees. A vast majority of the time consisted of me talking about my research and fielding questions that the interviewers had regarding my work. The process went well. There were traditional interview questions and then a presentation was required once I reached a certain advanced point in the process. However the team talked a lot and didn't always leave room for me to talk. That was a bit frustrating.
