This interview was ridiculous. I spent 4 hours speaking to 8 people a few of which I skyped with from different offices. I was essentially asked the same questions by all these different people. One interview stood out as particularly bad- I spoke with someone who works on Medicare contracts in DC and she ridiculed me for not having experience in Medicare policy (I just graduated undergrad) and complained that she hated Medicaid policy (which is what I had experience in). She even made a jab at me for jumbling some words up, after I had essentially said that same thing for 3 and a half hour straight! I was told I didn't get the job due to experience, even though they specifically stated they were looking for recent graduates. The follow up after the interview was also bad. They told me it would take about a week, and after a week had passed I followed up with them twice just to get a response. I ended up at another company I had interned at while in college so I'm happy with how things panned out. But for the money they were offering (40,000-50,000) I thought the interview process was insane, especially for an entry level job. That Boston office really needs to get it together and treat applicants right.
