The process was clear and I was informed throughout. I met many members of the team both local and in other locations. I was screened, then had an initial interview by phone followed by a face to face.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Mathematica (Princeton, NJ) in Mar 2020
Interview
There was a phone interview and an in-person interview. The phone interview was between 15-30 minutes long. I was asked general questions about myself such as the kinds of activities I am involved in on campus. I interviewed at Mathematica in March of 2020. The in-person interview was about 1 hour. I met with different employees, who highlighted the many opportunities that Mathematica offers. This whole process was very organized. Prior to being interviewed in person, I was given a schedule that included who I would be talking to and at what times. Overall, in both interviews I was given clear information about Mathematica and what the HR role entails. The employees were all very welcoming and friendly.
