I was contacted about 2 weeks after applying and was initially asked to do a phone interview with the hiring manager less than 24 hours from when the recruiter contacted me. I agreed, but then was told that actually the interview would take place a week later. I had the 30min phone interview with a hiring manager and felt it went very well. I sent a thank you via the recruiter to be passed along to the hiring manager and requested info on what to expect re: next steps. The recruiter said she would let me know. I did not hear anything for a week, so I followed up. The recruiter never responded to me and I never heard anything from the company again. This was over a month ago. It felt pretty disrespectful to be ghosted after interviewing. Typically, a company will at least send a short email once you've participated in the interview stage.

First step is an HR phone screening followed by a 30-45 minute call with a Senior Researcher. The last step is a video chat with several senior members as well as somebody with the same position. Everyone was super friendly and the interviews felt very straightforward. They were interested in what I had done and I felt myself almost relaxed by the end of the interviews.
