Submitted an application online, then about 2 weeks later was contacted by a recruiter to arrange a 30-minute phone call to tell them more about my background and why I was interested in the job. After that call I was given a short data exercise to complete for the technical interview, which involved walking through my code with a hiring manager to explain my process. I was then invited to the final 2-hour interview which consisted of 30 minute rounds with 4 different employees working in analytics and research. About 2 weeks later I was offered the job. Many of the questions during the final interview focused on how you approach quality control with your coding, how you deal with difficult data management tasks, how you acquire data, and examples of your coding accomplishments.
