online application followed by phone interview with Senior Researcher and invited for an on site interview (5-6 hours) . HR was going through a re-organization period so it took a few months for them to get back to my application. highly recommend you go in with questions to ask your interviewers and show interest in the different projects they are engaged with. Be sure to bring a large bottle of water, you will be talking throughout the entire day.
