I applied online. I interviewed at Matic in Jan 2021
Interview
1) A very good Task Round. Selected after this round.
2) Technical Interview- I was being interviewed by an undergrad student who is yet to graduate!!!!!!!
Seriously!!!
an interviewer who does not ask questions that are relevant to the candidate's qualifications can fail to get the full story of your skills and achievements. I was being asked questions from a LIST!!! Yes a list, that is asked to sophomore year students, equivalent to definitions. At the same time, I understand that having completed a bachelor's degree, I should be able to recall the definitions from a few years ago. While I am also sure that the entire Matician team is very talented, It is kind of disheartening and disrespectful towards the person being interviewed if the interviewing is not up to the mark of candidates qualifications and is based on tricks and definitions.

Question 1
Nothing that made sense. All Mechanical Definitions from a List!!. The undergrad student/intern was literally asking me questions from a list on his screen.
The design challenge was followed by two interviews—one technical and one HR behavioral. The technical interview tested core concepts, while the HR round focused on soft skills and situational judgment. Overall, the interview process ranged from average to difficult, requiring solid preparation and a clear understanding of fundamentals.

Interview
Skipped screening and went straight into a take-home assignment. Pretty non-personal process.
Got some feedback after submitting the challenge that was inaccurate and clearly did not take much time to go through my submission.
There is a screening, two more interviews, and a presentation onsite, so a total of 4 interviews (including the screen).
I did not get past the screening the interviewer talked a lot.
