Bad interview process. Coding questions shared through google meet chat. Vague technical questions with no specific expectations. The company has so much potential with all the talent they have on their teams but the interview process is not upto the standards set by comparable startups.

One of the smoothest and quickest loops I've had - the HR coordinating the interviews was super responsive and the interviewers were really smart & fun to talk to. Got an offer within a week of my first interview so you get a taste of how fast the company moves.

First round was Probability + Algorithms. Second was Probability + ML + some hands-on PyTorch. The questions were not generic off-the-shelf but really fun to solve and discuss.
