First there was an HR phone screen, then a 1st Round in the office. For Round 1, I had 5 interviews back to back. 2nd Round was two interviews.
When I showed up for the first round, my interviewers didn't know who I was interviewing with or what my schedule was. None of this particularly bothered me, but it was a little bit of a red flag. When I went in for my 2nd round interview, my interviewers did not even know I had been there before or that I had met with several people within their own group already. After I left, I never heard back from anyone for many weeks. I emailed HR one day to get a follow up and the woman replied the same day that they were looking at other candidates. Overall, the process was not very well organized and not very professional. To me, this is telling of what it may be like to actually work there.
Meeting with the strategy team was pretty standard and as expected. HR, however is pretty disorganized and unprofessional, and it does not reflect well upon the company. I expected a much more polished HR staff and process than what I encountered.
