It was pretty simple. They interviewed me on the phone and then I had an in-person interview within a short time period after the phone interview. In the phone interview they didn't ask me much about personal experience they were basically telling me what the job was and if I could do it and when I'd be available to work. The in-person interview was pretty easy. They asked me more personality based questions and how I handled certain situations in past jobs. I could think of an answer right away for each question and then they offered me the job that day.

Question 1
Did you ever have a co-worker you didn't get along with or didn't like? How did you handle frustrating situations with them?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mattel (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2019
Interview
I was contacted for a phone interview and after a good conversation was asked to do an in-person. I came in three days later and interviewed independently. I thought it went well but despite reaching out twice after the interview I never heard from them again. I just received a bot email today (nearly a whole month after the in-person) that said I did not get the position. Would have been nice to have gotten a response from the actual interviewer, since it wasn't just a phone interview. Pretty disappointed.
