Interview
Initial process was slow. Came in twice - first to meet with a set of directors. Second time was to meet with the department VP. Rotational style of interviewing. Met with several different people. Interrviews were more informal and not very specific - much more of a conversational style. Not a lot of grilling or pointed questions.
