Very positive and professional experience. It began with the recruiting team that Mattel used. It was over half of the interview process, being guided and assisted bye the outside recruiter. Then once they determined whether or not you were the right candidate you would go forward and begin to interview with the regional manager.

Interview
Quick 15-30 minute phone interview followed by a in person interview which was more like an overview of the job. Overall it was simple but it did take for me to reach out after not hearing from them for a week. Other than that it was easy.
The interview process was simple enough. It starts with an initial telephone interview, then a manager will come in to meet with you face to face. It will begin with some small talk, but will eventually end up with the generic canned questions such as "give me an example of a difficult situation you had to deal with and what you did" type thing.
