I had a phone interview first then I was called in to be interviewed by 2 people, that held different positions in the company, who asked me pretty much the same questions. They were both very friendly and very helpful in helping me to understand the role I would be playing at the company.

There was a phone screening with someone from HR in Californina. This was more of behavioral based questions. Then, I received an email letting me know that I made the next step of the interview. This was a 2 on 1 in person interview that happened at the field office for Mattel. I was asked more personal questions here.

Interview
Asked me a few questions. The interviewer was very friendly. She liked it when I asked questions, and smiled mostly. Make sure you do research about Mattel as well. I also drew a few fashion designs to show how much I wanted the job. The interviewer was very impressed. Overall, the interview was very short and very easy.
