      Manager Licensing Interview

      Nov 8, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mattel (New York, NY) in Sep 2015

      Interview

Everyone I met was very nice. Very professional. Mostly asked questions related to the specific job functions and my qualifications rather than the nebulous, cookie cutter interview questions. The HR representative was pretty good at getting back to me about questions and updates.
