After applying online through an employee referral, it took two months to hear back. The initial phone interview with recruiter took 30 minutes and was fairly typical - work experience and behavioral questions. The interviewer was friendly. I was told that she would forward my resume to the hiring manager and get back to me within 1-3 days. I followed up by e-mail after a week and by phone & e-mail the week after and never heard a response.

Tuve una primera entrevista con la persona a la que iba a sustituir y, después, con la Directora de Marketing. La encontré muy cómoda y sumamente personal y humana. No me hicieron las típicas preguntas convencionales de entrevista sino que se interesaron más por mi experiencia y aptitudes como persona
