I was contacted 4 weeks after I applied online and given an interview date a month and half after my phone conversation. Once I had my interview - which was with an HR representative and 4 managers, I was offered the position 4 days later. All for an intern position!

Two 30 minute rounds of interviews that were pretty chill. The interviewers were nice and friendly, and I got to know about the decision about one to two weeks from when I had given the interview

Question 1
Behavioural questions about collaboration, leading an initiative, when I had to dive deep into data. Marketing questions about how I would market a particular product, how I would sell it to a retailer, and how I would enter a new market

2. interview with recruiter, followed by interview with senior member of marketing team. First interview was basic behavioral, while second was mostly made up of a case plus some behavioral questions with time for my questions at the end
