It started with the recruiter call and then short individual teams calls with team members and the team director as the other interview rounds. They work quickly to ensure the hiring process is prompt. It was a very direct and easy process and the people were nice.

How would you convince someone in a different role to change their decision on an idea?
This was happen on 3 June 2019 in Thailand.
I went to the factory to get an interview.
I was filled application form did few test with basic English and had been waiting for an hour.
Finally they came and told that they didn't want to interview me.
I have no idea how the decision came, but for sure that made me have a bad image about the brand.
