Bottom Up Interview Process was a mistake on their part. I was referred in by a former colleague and met with their acting head of support - a really cool guy looking to do the right things for the company. I was invited into the office to meet the support team. The conversations varied in quality, but at least one team member seemed really stuck in his ways and insisted that a backwards process that they had was the only way to give the really great service that they give. I suspect this guy has way too much say in who will be his manager, too bad and bad call on the companies side. I was not invited back to talk to the leadership team. I think they were looking for consensus from the support team members, which in this case seemed to be underperforming and difficult to manage.
