Interview
Interview process seemed smooth enough. I thought it was odd that all of the support engineers first interviewed their potential manager before they went to the next round. Second round was the senior management team in the group. Third Round was with other departmental peers. The first round with the support team revealed many flaws that needed to be fixed. Management seemed to know that changes needed to be made and who needed to be changed, so that was reassuring. I was probably their top candidate based upon the feedback they got, but was told after two weeks of no updates that they went another direction. They didn't comment on what direction, but from the looks of it they are going to be expanding in a much more cost efficient location, which makes sense. A big part of me wishes I would have been there to help with the transition, as I've done that before many times.

Phone interview.
Fairly straight forward interview, he took some time to explain how their support works, good meeting of minds but, later on I've realized the manager interviewed me was trying to learn the intricacies of hiring personnel for Support. No follow-up, after repeated inquires, I was told they've decided to go the other way! Very unfair practice!! Stay away from this company, total waste of time!!
