Easy but intense. The person in charge to review my application is a wonderful Manager and I would recommend to talk clearly about your reason to join this Company. I would recommend to make a list of things you want to define at the interview process. Be smart and go straight to the point.

Pretty casual. They won't grill you with all sorts of ridiculous questions like I've had at other interviews. It's just you telling the story of the career and then having general conversations with a couple managers so that they can get an idea of your character.

Interview
Several rounds of interviews with senior management and other sales associates, overall very straightforward and organized. The interviewers were interested in hearing about myself and my real experience. They also gave a lot of insight into the company culture and the scope of work that the position required.
