I was approached on LinkedIn about a support role from the internal recruiter. He then set up a time to have a telephone interview which was very informative. I was invited in for face to face after work which they seem to be very flexible on to help me out as I couldn’t get time off. The face to face was with the same recruiter and a director. I also met a few team members and all of this felt a two sided interview. What was really impressive was the passion they all had about the product and company. At the end of the interview I was advised of next steps and booked a call with a US based manager which actually didn’t happen due to a change in the level of role. This was okay as the recruiter kept me informed at all stages and was very open about feedback with me. I don’t write many reviews but I had such a positive experience which is not usually the case.
