I applied online and received an email for a phone interview a few days later. I scheduled the interview and then the experience went downhill from there. The interviewer was over an hour late calling me and then tried to blame me for the delay stating that the call did not go through. I have no record of a call or voicemail and had reception the entire time. The interviewer did not ask any questions besides tell me about yourself and did not explain the job. It was clear that I wasn't under consideration upon speaking with her due to the lack of interest.
