A quick phone screen with its recruiter - brief touch base on your career history and salary expectations. It sounds like they are keener to sell the role to me, rather than I apply for it. Then it's zoom interviews with the hiring manager and his peer (in the U.S.). After it, I was asked to present a business plan if I were in the position I'm applying for, to tackle the real problems in the business. Be mindful that they might ask for a copy of your deck after the presentation.....I said I will follow up with a copy but I never did (why would I, if I'm not hired? :p..... learned it a hard way)
