The interview took place in the main Peoria building where there was a one to one interview with three very friendly people (HR, Sr. Director, and IT). The whole process was a very laid back experience. I was told not to dress up, which was nice to hear for once. They asked me simple questions about my personal life, education, accomplishments, people skills, and IT related experience. This was an interview for a help desk intern position, so of course they won't ask difficult technical questions. This interview was a refreshing change, because the IT guy interviewing me was very encouraging and understanding.
