Initial interview with Sales Manager, then Director of Sales, then Sales Opps. There was not a formal presentation, just conversations. I did only make it to third round, so there may be a more tailored presentation for final round.

Interview
I received a phone call from the Recruiter for the Account Executive position. She never asked how my week was going, where I was based, nothing. She just jumped right into a list of questions that she clearly was reading off of a script. There was no chance to build rapport or have a conversation. It felt more like an interrogation-style interview, rather than a conversation-style interview. Made it very difficult to feel settled in, and is likely a sign of how management reviews and management teams operate at Maven.

Very smooth interview process! The recruiter I worked with was very communicative and each person I met with from the team was clear with expectations both of the interview process and the role itself.
