The interview process is a waste of time they have recruiter call first then you meet with operations manager then after that you meet with another manager who asked behavioral questions and then you meet with another manager and an employee and they give you a scenario question. All this to be sent a generic email that you didn’t get the job do better maven and stop wasting peoples time if you know your not going to hire them please stop wasting peoples time.
