I applied online via LinkedIn, then I received an email from a recruiter within a day. I had a 30-minute phone screen that week, and then was brought on-site for 4-hour interview with sales, marketing, the head of the marketing team, and some people from HR. From the start they played coy and refused to give a salary range and asked me to give a number before the recruiter had even laid out the details of the role via phone. Big red flag.

Questions were all behavioral-based. They all harped on lack of medical background, but also expressed wanting a fresh opinion and wanting someone that could see the "entire industry and the gap areas" (there are many). They hired someone from within their industry anyway, further surrounding themselves by people that all think just like them.
What a strange little company. Recruiter reached out to schedule a time to talk--I booked a time/date. Never heard back with info--reached back out to the recruiter and was ghosted completely. I get it--maybe you have alot of people to manage--but I blocked time on my calendar and you can't even reply? Makes you wonder how this company can remain competitive--if they are. If you can't do the easy things...how can you do the hard things? Good luck but I don't think luck is going to help you.
