1st round 30min phone screen and case study to complete at home, 2nd round 30 min phone interview with Director, 3rd round 2 hour in-person interview to meet 6 people in the team and final round 30-min video interview with 4 more teammates and supervisor. The whole process from application submission to job offer received spanned in exactly two months, not much different from other startups I interviewed with. Everybody was so nice to me and made me feel comfortable telling my story.

It was a 3 step interview process 1. First interview involved just knowing more about me and checking my basic competency for the job 2. Second round was a case study that had situational questions about women's health asking for how I would deal with those cases as a care advocate and some factual questions. 3. Third step was a combination of 3 different interviews with a care advocate, care manager, and a director.
