Interview
The process was pretty straightforward, but what I didn't appreciate was how they handled communication. After three rounds of interviews, one with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager and one long one with other members of the team, they asked me about my timeline and compensation. They wanted to know if I was in late stages with any other companies. After that, I didn't hear from them for over a week before I received the rejection email. It seemed to me that they were just waiting for someone better to come along before "settling" for me. Also, I responded to the rejection email asking for feedback on my interviews and they never responded. A waste of time.

I applied online. I interviewed at Maven Clinic in Mar 2023
Interview
I applied for a Manager role in March 2023. Two days after applying, a recruiter emailed me to request a phone interview. After the phone interview, I had a video interview with the hiring manager. I then had a 3rd video interview with another team member. I was told by the recruiter and the hiring manager that I would be given a case study to present and not to spend more than 2 hours on it. I completed the case study presentation and sent it to the recruiter as requested. The recruiter emailed back and said they would let me know that day or the next about when the next interview would be. 1.5 weeks later, I received an email thanking my for applying and that another candidate was chosen. It was a waste of time and rude to have me create a presentation and not even meet with me so I could present. They should not be requesting presentations from candidates unless they are sure that they want to move the candidate along and interview them. I won't waste my time applying to this company in the future.
