I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Maven Clinic in Sep 2022
Interview
Was connected directly to a VP. Had a rushed, 15-minute interview. Was told in various forms there was a lot happening/lots of roles being filled but that I'd definitely be hearing back/etc etc etc. I followed up 4-times. Totally ghosted. I think this company has a great mission so really put myself out there. To just leave a candidate hanging entirely is a really disrespectful way to treat anyone.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Maven Clinic
Interview
I applied online and a recruiter reached out a few days later to schedule meetings with me and the Maven team.
Overall, the timeline was quick but similar to other reviews, I experienced an unresponsive recruiter. Ideally, would appreciate if the recruiting team can close the loop versus being ghosted.

There were several days of interviewing. Everyone was very nice and professional. One of the interviewers kept having to stop due to small children entering the room. Some of the questions from some of the staff was unusual for an interview. But overall it went well.
