The interview process was very thorough. It consisted of: 1. HR screen 2. Hiring Manager 3. Member of team 4. Member of cross-functional team 5. Presentation with Director and VP 6. Values Chief of Staff and SVP.
Every interviewer I spoke to made me feel so comfortable and the overall feel in every interview was relaxed. It was really refreshing after dealing with other less than stellar interview processes.
Recruiter was extremely organized and communicative. I’ve never been such a smooth, responsive interview process before. Met with 4 different teammates and feel like I was able to establish real connections. Interviews asked about my professional experience as pertains to the role, but we’re mostly conversational- didn’t feel like an interrogation. I ultimately did not get an offer but I felt like my time and experience were valued and I am even more convinced that Maven is a company I’d like to be a part of.
