Met with regional director to interview, He was excellent, was curious as to my ultimate goal , took my extensive experience in the field , and made me an excellent compensation package . I informed him of my desire to move up in the company. He remembered that and made sure to inform his supervisor so when a position was available I was interviewed an ultimtly promoted to my present position.
