I applied at the actual location however the application process since then has changed, it is now online. Once the application was submitted I received a phone call the same for and interview a few days later. Interview was one on one and very easy no exams just basic questions on your knowledge on tires and automobiles. Was given a call later that day to begin work the following week.

All questions asked were about the automotive field. Ex. What do the numbers on the tires represent?
Quick and easy. Organization needs to be worked on but they are growing fast so it's understandable. It could have been more professional, but the potential for growth is great.

Very easy going and well structured. Regional manager asked relevant questions and maintained professionalism to the highest level. Job and expectations were very well explained. Base salary and projections were discussed.
