Worst interview experience I ever had. I was initially told the interview would go from 10 am - 3 pm. That was later changed to 10 am - 330 pm. On the day of the actual interview I started before 10 am, and was still interviewing past 430 pm.
I was intially told I would interview with "a few members of the team". That turned out to be 8 different 1 on 1 interviews, in the same day. This felt like a huge waste of time as they could have done a large panel interview or 2-3 smaller panels. As I spent an entire work day interviewing at the company, I left feeling as though I should have been compensated for my time.
One interviewer in particular was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. When I was unable to answer her technical questions, she tried to put me down and make me feel bad about it. Although most of the interviewers left me with a positive impression of the company, I was utterly disgusted by this interaction, and questioned whether or not I really wanted to be a part of this working environment.
At the very end of the interview, the founder asked if I would be fine with coming in as an intern or a contractor. This also felt unprofessional, as the job description only mentioned full-time opportunities for candidates with degrees. No internship or contract position was mentioned beforehand.
Overall it was a terrible experience, and I didn't bother following up about an offer.
