Interview
Was contacted for an interview after submitting my resume. It was a 1 on 1 interview with a very kind interviewer who was very personable and I felt very comfortable. It was a standard behavioral interview about dealing with conflicts and working with groups but I don't think I answered the questions all that well. I was told I would hear back within 7 days. I never heard back, so I contacted the interviewer and was told I would hear back later in the week. Then I never heard back so assumed I was rejected. This happened to multiple other people at my school, so I think they just don't let people who don't get the position know about it.

Question 1
Tell me about a conflict you've had with a group member
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Maximus (Reston, VA) in Mar 2013
Interview
Had an on campus interview. All behavioral questions--tell me a time you convinced someone else to do something, a time you failed, etc. Not bad at all.
I made it past the first round, and they told me they were going to fly me to Virginia for the next round. Never got back to me, and then the day I was originally supposed to fly out, told me they had to reschedule for the next week. If that wasn't unprofessional enough, they never scheduled another meeting. Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a company.

Question 1
When did you have to convince someone else to do something?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Maximus (Penn, PA) in Mar 2011
Interview
Asked behavioral questions that really tried digging deep into your experiences relating to conflicts, teamwork, collaboration. The first round was based on just four behavioral questions. There was no case interview so as long as you prep for generic behavioral then you will be more than fine. I hope this helps.
