Submitted application online, was sent a link to an assessment immediately - within 2~3 weeks was sent an offer. In the offer zoom call, I was clearly instructed regarding background check info necessary. This happened on a Wednesday, I cleared the background check by two days later [Friday] and started on Monday with a choice of day/ evening classes.
I started that next Monday, Rate at hire was at 17.42 hourly.

Group interview. If interviewing you are chosen to move forward. During that same interview process if you want to move forward you were asked to to your shift time. Once the call is complete. You will get consent form for your background and things of that nature in your email. So the on boarding process is fairly easy.
