Interview
I was contacted by temporary agency for this position after I uploaded my resume online. After phone interview with the agency, I was asked to compete a few skill tests online: typing, word, excel, behavioral, call center. Then agency scheduled an interview with employer. Interview was with a hiring manager and call center supervisor. Very friendly atmosphere during the interview: it was not a stressful or intimidating environment. The same day agency called me to inform I was hired. After that day I waited for 2 weeks to start working.

No difficult questions. The usual: why this company, why you decided to leave the previous employer, describe our duties at the most recent job..
Group interview. If interviewing you are chosen to move forward. During that same interview process if you want to move forward you were asked to to your shift time. Once the call is complete. You will get consent form for your background and things of that nature in your email. So the on boarding process is fairly easy.
