Was an referral applicant, got an interview 3 days after the email, interview was in person at Romford assessment centre with two people, my ID and right to work documentation was taken an scanned - interview was about 30 minutes.

Group interview. If interviewing you are chosen to move forward. During that same interview process if you want to move forward you were asked to to your shift time. Once the call is complete. You will get consent form for your background and things of that nature in your email. So the on boarding process is fairly easy.
