Interview
None. There wasn’t an interview. After the assessment you receive an invite to join a zoom call where you receive a brief overview of the company and expectations and you just pick a schedule that suits you.
Group interview. If interviewing you are chosen to move forward. During that same interview process if you want to move forward you were asked to to your shift time. Once the call is complete. You will get consent form for your background and things of that nature in your email. So the on boarding process is fairly easy.

Easy. Simple. Prepare for interview with sample questions and practice answers for a CSR at Maximus. Be yourself and provide personable answers rather than some that you’ve copied from someone else online.
