Was hired by MMC group, a temp agency. Interview was a 30 minute phone call by a recruiter, they asked about previous employment and experience. Was offered the position at the end of the call.

Group interview. If interviewing you are chosen to move forward. During that same interview process if you want to move forward you were asked to to your shift time. Once the call is complete. You will get consent form for your background and things of that nature in your email. So the on boarding process is fairly easy.
