Maximus Payroll Tax Analyst interview questions

I applied and interviewed for the position in December. I was qualified to move to the next round of interviewing with the hiring manager. The manager seemed a bit disorganized and in a rush however, I was led to believe that I’d hear feedback on if I’m to proceed with future interviews or not. It has been nearly 2 months of calls and emails, some out of responds and some not where they’ve gone ignored. Yet the application for the position still has a status of under review. I find it a bit unprofessional of their end to leave a candidate unsure of whether they’re to receive feedback or not. This definitely lets me know how to proceed going forward for any job postings announced going forward from this company.
